JS Building Services are based in Dibden in the Waterside and Hythe area of Southampton.
JS Building Services was formed in April 2000, by the amalgamation of SAB Groundworks and J Fay Building Services.

The two partners Stephen Barnes and Jamie Fay have both excelled in their individual disciplines, which have culminated in a strong partnership offering a wide range of building services to the highest of standards. Their own achievements have been recognized by the award of N H B C Certificates of excellence.

Their commitment to quality and service has resulted in the award of many lucrative contracts which include: -

Excel Windows (Southern) Ltd, Cartref Construction, Live In Design,

Instock Windows and GRS Signs

As well as many individual building contracts.

It is anticipated with existing works and future planned projects that during the next year further tradesmen will be appointed with the emphasis attached to continuity of existing standards.
